Aspen 4 is an alkylate petrol fuel with no oil added, suitable for 4-stroke engines such as lawnmowers, rotary cultivators, snow blowers and boats.
Because it contains no ethanol (unlike ordinary petrol), it doesn’t attract moisture, making it especially suitable for marine environments and longer storage. For 2-stroke outboards, you can mix Aspen 4 with outboard oil (biodegradable oil is recommended to reduce environmental impact).
Aspen 4 is also virtually free from harmful substances such as benzene, aromatic hydrocarbons and olefins, which helps keep spark plugs and the combustion chamber cleaner, and can be stored for long periods without losing quality—helping engines start easily even after long standstill periods. It can also reduce ground-level ozone (smog) formation by around 40%
