STIHL BRA 280 B Cordless Backpack Blower – Tool Only

The STIHL BRA 280 B is a lightweight and powerful professional cordless backpack blower, designed for demanding landscaping, park maintenance and groundskeeping tasks. Part of the STIHL ALLPRO/AP battery system, it delivers up to 26 Newtons of blowing force while maintaining consistent performance throughout the battery charge.

Ideal for clearing leaves, grass cuttings and debris from parks, meadows, paths and roads, the BRA 280 B combines strong performance with reduced operator fatigue. With a working weight of just 7.3 kg without the battery, it offers excellent balance and comfort—even when fitted with two batteries.

The padded carrying system and hip belt distribute weight evenly across the back, making the blower comfortable during extended use. It can operate with one or two ALLPRO/AP batteries. One battery delivers full performance, while two batteries provide automatic changeover when the first is depleted, extending working time without interruption.

The electronic control handle offers four output settings, including boost mode, allowing the blowing power to be matched to the task. An integrated display shows useful battery information, while cruise control helps maintain a consistent output during longer jobs.
Quiet operation makes the BRA 280 B suitable for inner-city and noise-sensitive environments, including parks, residential areas and public spaces. The rapidly adjustable, extendable blower tube can be adjusted without tools and secured with the integrated metal clip for storage and transport.

With an IPX4 rating, the BRA 280 B is splashproof and suitable for use in wet weather. An adjustable round nozzle is also available separately, allowing you to switch between maximum air volume and maximum air speed.

This model is supplied without a battery or charger. If you do not already have compatible equipment, please add these separately to your basket.
