The STIHL HTA 160 B is a professional cordless telescopic pole pruner designed for forestry, landscaping and orchard work. Its telescopic shaft extends from 285 cm to 405 cm, making it suitable for pruning, thinning and maintaining branches up to 20 cm in diameter.
Battery-powered operation produces low noise emissions, making it ideal for noise-sensitive locations such as hospitals, schools and residential areas.
Powered by STIHL ALLPRO/AP lithium-ion batteries, the HTA 160 B features a powerful EC motor and a lightweight, durable magnesium transmission. It is supplied with a 3/8" P Picco Micro 3 (PM3) saw chain for efficient cutting and can also be fitted with a 1/4" P Picco Micro 3 (PM3) chain, ideal for fruit-tree maintenance.
The lightweight cutting head makes manoeuvring between cuts easier, while the sturdy branch hook helps grip and remove loose cuttings. An LED display on the control handle provides convenient operating information.
A protective foot is included as standard to help prevent the motor housing from contacting the ground. The integrated air filter helps keep the motor cool during use, supporting a longer service life.
Recommended batteries: ALLPRO AP 300 P or AP 300 PC. Approximate runtime is 83 minutes with a recommended battery.
