The STIHL RMA 448 V is a cordless, self-propelled lawn mower designed for mowing medium to large lawns at home. Part of STIHL’s 4 Series battery mower range, it’s lightweight, quiet and packed with practical features for home gardeners.
 
It features a tough, lightweight polymer deck that’s rust-proof, UV-resistant and double-layered for added stability. With a 46 cm (18") cutting width and single-point cutting height adjustment from 20–100 mm, it’s easy to set up for the finish you want. Powered by the interchangeable AK 30 S battery, it also includes two battery slots so you can quickly switch to a second AK battery when the first runs out. With the recommended AK 30 S battery, it can cover up to 340 m² per charge.
 
The RMA 448 V offers four mowing options (no extra tools required—please refer to the owner’s manual before use):
 
  • Cut & collect with the grass box fitted
  • Cut & drop with the grass box removed
  • Side discharge via the integrated deck flap
  • Mulching by switching to mulch mode
     
The comfort mono-handlebar gives easy access to the grass catcher box for simpler removal and emptying. The 52-litre grass box includes a fill-level indicator and opens fully for quick emptying. The sturdy mono-handlebar is height adjustable, folds down for compact storage, and comes with a 10-year domestic warranty.
